Harvested from Bao Esperanca, Sul De Minas in Brazil, this coffee is grown on a 2,400-hectare estate with over 90 years of tradition and expertise in coffee production. The estate has a strong commitment to environmental and social sustainability, implementing practices to preserve biodiversity and provide a safe working environment for farm employees.

With 4 independent production centers, each with different microclimates and varietals, this lot is carefully selected and dried using a unique static box technology that allows for controlled and slow drying. The coffee is sun-dried on patios for 19 days, longer than the standard in Brazil, giving it more prominent fruit flavors. After drying, the coffee is rested for 10 days before hulling and storing prior to export.
