The highlighted coffee is a distinguished Natural variety sourced by Primrose, PLC from smallholder farmers near Mesina in Oromia Region. 

Red cherries are hand-picked, and quality cherry fetches higher payment, encouraging superior quality. The collected coffee undergoes meticulous processing, including floating, sorting, drying on raised beds for 15-20 days, hulling, polishing, and final sorting. 

The coffee likely comprises JARC varieties, developed by Ethiopia’s Jimma Agricultural Research Centre, which remains under-recognized in the specialty coffee industry.
