From the highlands of Armenia, Quindío, Colombia, this coffee is produced by Luz Helena Salazar at Finca Jardines del Edén, a farm known for experimentation and precision. Grown at 1,900 masl, the microclimate and altitude lend perfect conditions for complex coffee development.

🧪 Processing – Mandarin Washed

This lot undergoes a Mandarin Washed process, a unique method that incorporates Mandarin orange juice and peel during fermentation. The coffee cherries are first hand-selected for ripeness, then fermented with mandarin for 72 hours before undergoing a careful washing and drying phase. The process creates vibrant citrus-forward notes while maintaining the clean structure of a washed coffee.
